UK shipping

All UK parcels are sent with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Dispatch time: 3-5 working days.

Flat rate: £4

International Shipping

At the moment I ship internationally to the EU, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Dispatch time: 3-5 working days.

I send all international parcels are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked. This means postage is a little more expensive, but you'll have a tracking number to follow your parcel through the UK, customs, and your country.

EU: £15

Taxes, VAT and customs charges

If you're ordering internationally (outside the UK), you're responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or custom charges applied to your order when it arrives in your country.

Orders to the EU may have additional VAT and custom fees added by the mail handler in your country. I'm not responsible for these charges. You might need to pay a customs charge if your parcel and postage is above €135, but please check these regulations yourself.

Returns and refunds

If you're unhappy with your purchase please get in touch with me as soon as you can so I can help.

You can return your items within 14 days of when you received it for a refund, if they are unused and still have the original yarn band secured. You're responsible for any return costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty (see below).

I try to depict colours as accurately as possible in photographs, but every computer and phone screen is different. I don't offer exchanges at the moment.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order is faulty or damaged, please get in touch and I will organise a returns label for you. I'll send you a refund once I've received your returned order.

Missing orders

If you think your order might be missing, and hasn’t arrived after three weeks (UK) or six weeks (international) please get in touch.

I can't guarantee delivery times, as it's out of my hands once I send it at the Post Office. International orders can often take longer than the 5-7 working days stated by Royal Mail.

Please check your parcel hasn't been left at a sorting office, with a neighbour, or in a designated safe place.
